Betsy Koepke, Educational Psychologist, M.A. Ed.S. & Robbins Results International Trained Life Coach, has taken the frustration points of her own life’s journey, worked through them & has been sharing the love & lessons with others since 2015.
The roads that Betsy has traveled include in the woods of Virginia leading a group of 12 teenage girls, hiking the Appalachian Trail, living & traveling up and down west coast USA, studying in London, & trekking through Southeast Asia. Today she speaks, teaches, and coaches all over the country about how to cultivate and susatain mental & emotional vitality & fulfillment event in the face of extreme pressures and challenges.
