11:45 am- Venue Spotlight (share up to 5 minutes on your space/ company)
11:50 am – Speed Intros
12:15 pm – Quick Presentation
12:25 pm – Table discussion
12:40 pm – Announcements
12:45 pm – Testimonials
12:55 pm – Prize Giveaways
1:00 pm – Meeting concludes/ Additional Networking
1:30 pm – Event concludes

Floor Plan

(2) 8 foot rectangles at registration (one for check in, one for name tags)
Please have trash can available by registration
Up to (15) round tables of 6-8 chairs each

Audio/Video (not required but are nice to have)

No podium needed
Projector and screen would be nice if built in to facility. No need for extra work otherwise
In house wireless microphone and audio output for music

All services are donated by vendors including food and beverage
Final Count Guarantees – given the Friday before the event, plan for 50 until told otherwise.

Marketing

We post our events to TCWEP.com, and online community calendars (such as Minnesota Monthly, etc.) which not only includes information about your business, it also includes a hyperlink to your website. This builds your online presence in a big way!

We do 4 direct emails a month promoting an upcoming venue to a mailing list of 1000+. Our social media channels have close to a combined 5,000 followers. And for the on-site event we bring up to 60 sets of eyes to see your space in person. Additionally, we list your location in our event summary and include SEO-friendly links to your property.

Podium Time

We allow and highly recommend the venue use the up to 5 minutes of podium time to talk about the space.

Find Your “Wow!”

We have found venues that have the most success are ones that provide a “wow!” factor. Whether that is partnerships with décor companies or something done with food and beverage. How the space looks and who partners with the décor on the space will be up to the venue host to decide.

Photos

TCWEP arranges for a volunteer photographer to take photos of the space and the event. You will have access to these photos for future marketing needs.

Complimentary Event Attendance

As a venue sponsor you and your team (up to 4) receive free attendance to the monthly meeting by selecting “event sponsor” when registering for event.

Submit Your Venue

Unsure what to include? You might include a possible menu for our event, and/or info about your chef, or any details about the food that you think potential customers of your venue might want to know about. Please note that this info might show up in marketing materials that we send out to calendar and press.
These can change, we just like to know a little bit of what you are thinking and how to best promote the event you are envisioning.
