10:45 am – Prepare for early guest arrival
11:00 am – Event begins
11:40 am – Welcome/ Thank you
11:45 am- Venue Spotlight (share up to 5 minutes on your space/ company)
11:50 am – Speed Intros
12:15 pm – Quick Presentation
12:25 pm – Table discussion
12:40 pm – Announcements
12:45 pm – Testimonials
12:55 pm – Prize Giveaways
1:00 pm – Meeting concludes/ Additional Networking
1:30 pm – Event concludes
As a volunteer you receive free attendance to the monthly meeting. (You will still need to register as a in-kind sponsor/volunteer.) Also your name is included in our printed event program.
