Conveniently located minutes from the centers of downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, guests enjoy a true gateway to all the Twin Cities has to offer. Including sights such as the Stone Arch Bridge, Historic Mill District, Nicollet Mall, State Fair Grounds as well as Hennepin Avenue, Orpheum, and Guthrie Theaters. Sporting facilities such as the nearby US Bank Stadium, Target Center, Xcel Energy Center and Target Field call the Twin Cities home as does University of Minnesota, Minneapolis Convention Center, Mall of America and many Corporate Headquarters.

Delta Hotels Hotel Room

Patrick Durand, CFO of Scalzo Hospitality, owner of Delta Hotels Minneapolis Northeast says, “…full-service hotel focused on what they have identified as the “streamliner” guest. The streamliner guest is a frequent traveler that has few but very specific needs: a streamlined check-in, technology that follows them, a comfortable hotel room, a full-service fitness center, and a great food and beverage outlet.”

Focusing on truly meaningful elements that provide its guests with a memorable and frictionless journey, Delta Hotels Minneapolis Northeast delivers on that Delta promise. The hotel features 246 guestrooms, which can be booked now for stays beginning June 2018. Over 10,000 sq. ft of impressive flexible event and meeting spaces offer innovative and flexible solutions for business needs and stylish celebrations of any size, available for bookings taking place as soon as October 2018. This will be particularly convenient for neighborhood businesses within walking distance of the property, who will also appreciate special negotiated room-rates that support accessible stay for their traveling employees and partners.

Unique features that appeal to the modern traveler are 24/7 fitness center with touch screen equipment, a serene courtyard, quality food and beverage outlets, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and plenty of on-site parking at no additional cost. Delta Hotels Minneapolis Northeast is dedicated to providing a room that works, in every way. The new hotel has anticipated guest preferences with meaningful modifications to the traditional stay, right down to the placement of the outlet and the brightness of the natural light by their office-away from-office desk.

Starbucks at Delta Hotel Northeast Minneapolis

“One of the objectives of the project is to provide both hotel guests and locals with a great restaurant experience”, says CFO Patrick Durand. The newly opened Twin Cities 400 Tavern is conveniently accessible from within the hotel that prides itself on offering a true taste of Minnesota, serving contemporary tavern fare with locally sourced ingredients. Menu favorites are the rotisserie chicken and brick oven pizza. The restaurant design is true to the hotel’s emphasis on local roots; it was based on a historic nearby railroad train, with a train car as a sliding door to the Pullman Private Dining Room and a track as the footrest under the barstools.

The customer service and comfortable ambiance emanate Minnesota’s welcoming
nature, inviting guests to “come as they are”. The bar serves a variety of local Minnesota brews and spirits and the Pullman Private Dining Room can hold private events for up to 60 people.
The new Mid-City Coffee Shop located prominently in the hotel lobby serves up quality grab-and-go food and drink items as well as large selection of Starbucks beverages.

“Over the years we’ve listened to our guests and have learned what they are looking for. I believe we can now offer the full package. We have a beautiful hotel with targeted amenities, a powerful brand with a fantastic loyalty program, an awesome restaurant, and wonderful associates that offer terrific service. Couple that with a location that’s central to the Twin Cities.
