  1. Sweet Corn Succotash local Minnesota sweet corn sautéed with peppers, bacon, tomato, green onion,English peas, and herbs
  2. Free Range Grilled Chicken Breast grilled chicken breast seasoned with a granny smith apple relish, candied pecans, cranberries, and a citrus vinaigrette
  3. Summer Salad Minnesota melons, basil, dried ricotta, and watermelon radish drizzled with citrus balsamic vinaigrette
  4. Seasonal Ravioli Minnesota butternut squash stuffed ravioli served with an accompanying sauce
