Jamie is the owner and creator of Wilderland Floral. Jamie’s design style combines locally foraged botanicals with high quality floral product to produce an organic woodland aesthetic. Big or small weddings all incorporate floral to some degree. Jamie works with couples to hand-craft a floral vision that truly represents them. Be it a single bouquet or a show stopper floral backdrop, Jamie’s designs are as unique as each individual couple.
Jamie is the creative mind behind Wilderland Floral. Jamie’s design style combines locally foraged botanicals with high quality floral product to produce an organic woodland aesthetic. Working in the floral industry for 12+ years, Jamie continued to pursue her floral education by assisting some of the great names in the floral industry such as Francoise Weeks, Susan McLeary and CeCe Todd. Jamie Started her floral career as a high school student working at a local flower shop scrubbing buckets and learning the basics of floral design. It was at this shop that she discovered a lifelong passion for floral art. Working in shops around Minnesota and Wisconsin she continued to learn the tricks of the trade. She has participated in a number of floral competitions including the Milwaukee Institute of Art’s Iron Designer competition taking home first place as well as Milwaukee’s Art in Bloom winning first place in the People’s Choice Awards three consecutive days in 2016. You can find Jamie in Minnesota’s Northwoods scouting out new foraging locations and spending time in nature.
